Refund Policy
We hope you love your order from Ellister Store. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable to items that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect items received. Due to the nature of drop-shipping, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply no longer want an item.
How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at support@ellisterstore.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and details of the issue.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
