Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to our drop-shipping business model, we have a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will happily accept returns or exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or if you have received the wrong item. Please contact us at support@ellisterstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim.
Process for Faulty/Damaged Items
You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the fault or damage. Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the item (if necessary) and will process a full refund or replacement once the item is received back by our supplier.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that are not in their original condition.
- Any item not deemed to be faulty or damaged.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.
